斯梅茲與斯穆茲

My three-year-old is obsessed with the vibrant illustrations of the different alien families, and the message about love winning over rivalry is surprisingly sweet. We've read it every night this week.

The rhyme scheme is classic Donaldson, but what really got me was how the space setting made the message about getting along feel fresh. My kids were arguing about who got to turn the pages first.

My four-year-old was captivated by the colorful alien families and the funny way they say "Smed" and "Smoos." The rhyming story is classic Julia Donaldson, perfect for bedtime. I just wish the book had a bit more texture or flaps to keep little hands busy.
