Hazel ★★★★★

My daughter asked for this every night for a week straight—the idea of a town with no shops or school apparently cracks her up, and the pages have just enough text to keep her engaged without losing her attention.

Steven B. ★★★★★

My little one was completely captivated by Polly Profiterole's frustration with her town—such a clever way to spark a conversation about what makes a community. The story’s playful twist at the end had us both giggling, and it’s quickly become a new favorite for bedtime reading.

Ryan ★★★☆☆

The premise is charming, and my kid liked the idea of a town with nothing in it—but the story felt a bit short for the price. I wish the vocabulary was a little richer for older readers.
