瓊蒂·根圖：企鵝的冒險

We read a chapter aloud each night and my son keeps begging for "just one more" — the escape-from-the-zoo setup hooked him from page one. The friendship beats and the Antarctica journey give it a real sense of adventure without talking down to young readers.

My 8-year-old couldn't put it down once Jonty made his first escape attempt from the zoo. The Antarctica setting feels vividly real, and the friendship between the penguins is genuinely touching.

The story moves at a good pace, but the zoo scenes felt a bit rushed compared to the Antarctica adventure. My son enjoyed Jonty's determination, though he wished the penguin's friends had more personality.
