Flipty

The sound it makes when flipped is so satisfying, like a cheerful little rattle that never gets old. I keep the rainbow state on my desk just to admire it, and the rings snapping back into place every time still amazes me.

My toddler hasn't put this down since it arrived — the way the rings always snap back into place is oddly satisfying. The rattle sound is gentle but noticeable, and the rainbow transformation really does feel like magic each time.

The way it flips from plain black-and-white into a full rainbow is just mesmerizing, and the rattle sounds crisp. My kid hasn't put it down all afternoon, and the rings stack perfectly every time. Definitely worth it for the price.
