精彩的澳洲公路之旅

We bought this to prepare for our own trip and my daughter loved spotting Uluru and the Sydney Harbour Bridge in the pictures. The rhyming is catchy enough that I don't mind reading it three times in a row.

The rhyming flows so well that my kids were chanting along by the second page, and it hits every state and territory without feeling like a geography lesson. We're already planning our own trip to visit Aunty, and this book is the perfect way to build the excitement.

The rhyming scheme is cute and my six-year-old loves the beat, but it skips through each state so fast that we barely get to linger on the landmarks before we're off to the next page. Still, it's a handy little primer before a big trip, and the birthday picnic ending ties it together nicely.
