We bought this for a road trip and ended up reading half of it aloud in the car. The kids are obsessed with the weird facts, like the Fremantle Doctor and the islands named after days of the week. The illustrations are colorful and detailed enough to keep even the non-readers engaged.

My kids love learning random facts, and this book delivers with entries like the Fremantle Doctor and Qui Qui that actually make them curious about geography. The illustrations are vivid and packed with details we keep noticing on every read.

My 6-year-old loves flipping through the pages to find out quirky facts like what the Fremontle Doctor is. The illustrations are vibrant and engaging, though I wish the book included a map for context. It's a fun way to learn about Australia's unique places and animals.
