Avery ★★★★★

My kids are obsessed with the pages on sun and weather clues—the Balarinji artwork makes every spread feel like a mini adventure. It’s the first nature book they’ve asked to read twice in a row.

Emily ★★★★★

We were looking for a book about nature for my son, and this one’s descriptions of tracking animals by the stars and weather are so clever. The Balarinji illustrations really bring the bush to life—my kid asks to read it every night.

Harper P. ★★★★☆

The way it ties tracking to stars and weather feels clever and unique—my kid actually asked to read it twice. The Balarinji illustrations are gorgeous, though a few pages feel a bit busy for a bedtime read.
