The Marvellous Manner of Water

The way Bunting frames water as a teacher genuinely changed how I see everyday moments, like rain on a window or a full glass on my desk. It’s a short read, but I found myself underlining something on nearly every page.

I read a few chapters on my commute and found myself thinking about the fluid metaphors long after I closed the book. The way it ties the ocean's currents to navigating life’s ups and downs actually made me pause and reflect.

I was hoping for more practical advice, but the philosophical angle on water's flow and adaptability is genuinely thought-provoking. The chapter about staying clear and pure despite murky surroundings really stuck with me. A solid read, though it could have used a few more concrete examples.
