Thomas ★★★★★

My toddler actually holds still through the whole flow because the ten poses are sequenced so naturally, and the breathing cues in the text keep her engaged from the first Mountain Pose to the last. It's become our calm-down ritual before dinner, and I love that we finish exactly where we started.

Julian ★★★★★

My three-year-old actually stayed still long enough to follow the sun salutation sequence from start to finish, which felt like a miracle. The way each pose flows naturally into the next, beginning and ending in Mountain Pose, makes it easy for little ones to grasp. We've already read it twice today

Aurora X. ★★★★☆

The illustrations are clear and simple enough for my two-year-old to follow along without getting frustrated. I just wish the pages were a bit sturdier for little hands turning them.
