Grace ★★★★★

My son is six and just starting to read on his own, and this hardback is perfect for him — the big, colourful pages about stick insects and wasps kept his attention the whole way through. He now walks around the garden trying to identify every bug he finds.

Carter ★★★★★

My daughter was captivated by the vibrant pictures of the stick insects and mosquitoes, and the simple sentences were perfect for her to read on her own. It’s rare to find a nature book this accessible for a beginner reader.

George A. ★★★★★

My grandson, who's just starting to read on his own, couldn't put this down—the stick insects and wasps had him giggling and asking questions. The pages are bright and the text is big enough for him to follow without getting frustrated, which is exactly what we needed.
