Ostheimer Schaap Bruin Eten

The wood grain shows through so beautifully, and it's surprisingly smooth to hold—you can tell it's been hand-sanded rather than mass-produced. My toddler grabbed it immediately and it's already become a favorite in our playroom.

The organic oil finish gives this little sheep a lovely, warm texture that feels much nicer than painted toys. My toddler immediately started using it for quiet, imaginative play on the farm set.

The little sheep’s hand-sanded finish feels wonderfully smooth and warm, and the organic oil smell is subtle and natural rather than chemical. It’s a tiny piece of art that fits right into my daughter’s play shelf, and the Waldorf-inspired simplicity is exactly what I hoped for.
