My toddler loves the rollicking rhyme scheme – we've read it every night since it arrived, and he bounces along with the story. The unexpected twist at the Cat Club's show had us both giggling messy jeepers. A solid 5 stars for this boisterous read.

The illustrations of the Cat Club members sneaking around backstage are so detailed that we spot something new each time. My child laughs out loud at the rhyming build-up to the big finale every single night.

The rhymes in this story have my toddler giggling before bed, and the part where Hairy Maclary flusters the Cat Club show is pure chaotic fun. We’ve read it three times already today.
