Boogie Board Jot™ Writing Tablet

The pressure-sensitive screen makes writing feel surprisingly smooth, like using a real pen. I’ve been using it for quick grocery lists and playing tic-tac-toe with my kid during car rides, and the erase-free button is incredibly satisfying to press.

It’s fine for quick notes and doodles, though the 8.5" screen feels a bit small for anything detailed. Erasing with the button works well, but I do wish the pressure sensitivity was a little higher for handwriting. Still, it’s saved me a lot of paper.

It works as a basic sketchpad, but I wish the screen had a backlight for use in dim rooms. The pressure sensitivity is fine for jotting down quick notes.
