オストハイマー めんどり 白 立ち姿

My toddler grabbed this hen from the basket and hasn’t put it down all morning — the wood is so warm and lightweight, perfect for her small hands. I love that the colour is plant-based, so I don’t worry when she inevitably licks it.

The smooth, organic-oil finish feels so lovely in small hands, and the simple white form is just beautiful. My little one has been carrying this hen around all morning.

The hand-painted details are so delicate, you can see the brushstrokes under the organic oil finish. It's a lovely, sturdy piece for open-ended play, though I wish the paint were a tad more vibrant for my kid's taste. Still, I know this will last through years of farm scenes.
