Eva ★★★★★ Oct 24, 2026

My daughter loves flipping through the pages and pointing at Macy's colorful dresses, and the message about celebrating differences has already sparked great conversations with her. The hardcover binding feels sturdy enough for nightly bedtime reads.

The hardcover binding feels sturdy enough for repeated bedtime reads, and the illustrations are warm and inviting, but the story's pacing dragged a bit for my 5-year-old’s attention span. It's a nice message, just not one we reach for every night.

The story's message about embracing differences is lovely, but the rhyming felt a bit forced in places. My kids enjoyed the illustrations, though I wish the pages were a tad more durable for little hands.
