Andrew K. ★★★★★

My son asked for this every night for a week straight—the rhythm of the text is just hypnotic for a bedtime read. The hardback cover held up great through all those eager little hands.

Michael ★★★★★

The illustrations are so dreamy and immersive, my son pointed out a tiny whale on every page. The hardback cover feels sturdy enough for bedtime reading and little hands. We’ve already read it three times tonight.

Richard ★★★★☆

The illustrations in this hardback are so vivid they make you feel like you're on the water with the boy. We've read it three times this week, and it's just the right length for a calm bedtime story. Only wish the pages were a bit thicker for little hands turning them.
