My First Readers - Set 2

My daughter grabbed these before I could even show her, and the vibrant illustrations kept her flipping pages on her own. The 27 sight words are woven in so naturally that she's already recognizing "the" and "and" in other books after just a week.

My kid picked up “and” and “the” after just two nights with these—the repetitive sentences really lock the sight words in. The illustrations are bright enough to keep him guessing what’s next, and he actually asks to read them again.

The repetitive sentences really helped my daughter recognize "see" and "can" by the second book. The illustrations kept her engaged, though I wish the binding was a bit sturdier for rough handling.
