مونستيز - يوم الأحد المخيف

I grabbed this for my daughter's bedtime reading, and the chapter book's length is just right for a week of story time. The five monster friends with their silly, not-scary personalities kept her giggling and asking for one more page each night.

The monsters' love for candy instead of being scary hooked my 7-year-old immediately, and the mystery kept her guessing until the end. She read the whole thing in one sitting without being asked.

My kid usually hates chapter books, but the five monster friends and their candy obsession had him giggling on page two. The mystery of the scary noise kept him guessing, though I wish the chapters were a bit longer for bedtime reading.
