مرحبًا، أيها القمر: تحية يوغا قمرية قبل النوم

My 3-year-old loves acting out the moon salutation poses, and the guided story makes it easy for her to follow along. It’s become a calming part of our bedtime routine that actually helps her settle down faster.

We've been using this before nap time and the gentle pose descriptions actually help my little one settle down. The story part flows nicely into the movements, making it feel natural instead of forced.

My toddler loves pretending to reach for the moon with each pose, and the gentle flow actually calms her down before bed. The guided story makes it easy for her to follow along without me having to explain every move.
