بيلي بي براون - بلوز نقود الجيب

My six-year-old loved how Billie keeps a savings chart to track her coins—such a relatable lesson. The chapters are just the right length for a beginner reader, though I wish the illustrations were in color.

I was pleasantly surprised by how easily my 6-year-old followed this chapter book — it held her attention right through the bank scene. The conflict between Billie and Jack over saving vs spending felt very real. A nice bonus that each short chapter ends on a mini cliffhanger.

My daughter really got into the story about saving money for a toy, and it sparked a good conversation about wants vs needs. The chapters are short enough for her to read one before bed. Only wish there were a few more illustrations sprinkled in.
